THE TASK
Lewis who owns Lockwood Barber Studio is a driven and hard working business owner who thus far has grown his business through word of mouth and recommendations. As an award winning barber, with a fantastic set of social skills, his calendar was naturally fully booked. It became hard to see ways in which profit and scalability were possible with him having no spare time to add income sources or work on his branding.
We worked with Lockwood to build a gorgeous, simple, and functional website that when ready, will be able to replace near cut ( a patform babers use as a booking system/ website). This will mean that the percentage of profit and monthly subscription will no longer be needed which was eating into profit.

We also provided professional quality media to be used both on the Lockwood website and all social media profiles. The video media was intended to serve two purposes. To demonstrate the atmosphere and feel of the brand helping other bakers fill their diary, and also to show the barbershop as a destination for barbers to fill Lewis' final chair. This was identified as the biggest opportunity for growth at this current stage in the business. Working with brands and entrepreneurs who are so dedicated and passionate is why we do what we do and we are incredibly proud of what we were able to accomplish together.
